Abstract Submission Guidelines

Registrants are invited to submit abstract(s) of their work for presentation at the MENA Advanced Research Technologies for Personalized Medicine – Innovation in Flow Cytometry and Microscopy, 2025. Submitted abstracts should contain original data that has not been previously published in a peer-reviewed journal or presented at a national meeting. Abstracts will only be considered if the presenting author has completed their registration and paid the associated fees.

All abstracts relevant to the meeting’s theme and topics will be accepted for poster presentations at a minimum.

 Eligibility Requirements

  • Abstracts must be written in English and include citations (max 5 references).

  • Abstract must be submitted on or before April 30th at 4:00 PM, Doha time (GMT+3).
  • E-posters are not accepted.
  • The Scientific Organizing Committee will review all submissions.

Review Process

Abstracts will be scored on the following criteria:

  • Applicability to MENA ART for Precision Medicine themes
  • Scientific merit
  • Originality of work
  • Adequate sample size and statistics

Acceptance

The Scientific Committee will review all submitted abstracts. Notification regarding abstract acceptance will be sent to the submitting author via e-mail. All notifications of schedule and correspondence will be directed to the submitting author via email.

Abstract Structure

  1. Submission Format:
  • Abstracts should be submitted in English.
  • Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, and limit your abstract to a maximum of 300 words.
  1. Include the following sections:
  • Title
  • Authors (with affiliations)
  • Background/Objectives
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusion
  1. Keywords:
  • Include up to five keywords relevant to your presentation.
  1. Presenter Information:
  • Include a brief bio (max 100 words) for each presenter.
  • Clearly indicate the corresponding author with affiliation.
  1. Ethical Considerations:
  • Ensure your research complies with ethical standards. Mention any necessary approvals obtained.
