Share Your Research at AI and Medicine 2025: Call for Abstracts

The Scientific Planning Committee of AI and Medicine 2025 warmly invites you to submit an abstract of your original research for presentation at the conference. We encourage submissions for both 10-minute presentations and poster sessions, offering a valuable opportunity to share your work with a global audience of experts in the field.

Key guidelines:

• Originality: We seek submissions presenting new and original research data and findings. Abstracts must not contain material that has been previously published.
• Review Process: All submitted abstracts will undergo a peer-review process by the Scientific Planning Committee. Authors will be notified of the outcome of the review (acceptance or rejection) via email.
• Submission Method: Abstracts must be submitted electronically through our secure online submission portal. We do not accept paper submissions.

Submission Format

• Language: English
• Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
• Word Limit: Maximum 300 words

Required Sections

Your abstract must include the following sections:

1. Title: A concise and informative title that accurately reflects your research.
2. Authors: List all authors with their affiliations in the following format: Academic/Organization Title, Department, Organization/University Name, City, State, Country.
   a. Example: Research Fellow, Department of Radiology, Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, MA, USA.
3. Background/Objectives: Briefly describe the context and rationale for your research.
4. Methods: Outline the research methodology used.
5. Results: Summarize the key findings of your research.
6. Conclusion: State the main conclusions drawn from your research.

Presenter Information (Required)

Please include the following information for the presenting author only:

• Author Name & Affiliation: Provide the presenter’s full name and affiliation in the format specified above (Academic/Organization Title, Department, Organization/University Name, City, State, Country).
• Conflict of Interest Statement: Declare any potential conflicts of interest. If you have nothing to declare, please state “No Conflicts of Interest.”
